Monaco has agreed to move its iconic Hookah Lounge in Orlando to Orlando’s Orlando Smokehouse in a deal that is expected to bring hundreds of jobs to the region.
The agreement is subject to federal approval.
The city of Orlando is planning a $150 million, mixed-use development that would include a casino, hotel and restaurant.
The deal is expected in the next six months.
The company announced plans to relocate the lounge and other businesses from its former site in the Lakewood Shopping Center in November.
It is not immediately clear whether the Orlando Smokehouses will relocate or continue to operate in the same location.
